This page explains how the Kili Beyond Adventure website uses cookies and similar browser storage. In short: we do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as session storage, keep small pieces of information in your browser tab and are deleted when you close it.

What this website uses

• Visit counter (session storage, not a cookie). To show the number of visits in the footer, your browser remembers for the current tab that this visit has already been counted, so it is only counted once. This is deleted when you close the tab and contains no personal information.
• WordPress login cookies. These are only set for our own staff when they sign in to manage the website. Visitors do not receive them.

Third-party services

Some pages include content from other companies, which may set their own cookies under their own policies:

• Google Maps: the map on our contact page is provided by Google and may set cookies when it loads.
• Google Fonts: our fonts are loaded from Google’s servers. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but Google receives your IP address to deliver the fonts.
• WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Tripadvisor: our buttons and links only take you to these services when you click them. Their own cookie policies then apply.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website will keep working without them; the only difference is that the contact page map may not load.
