Like most of our other safari itineraries, this 5-day journey begins with a pickup in Nairobi, from where you will proceed with our team into the Kenyan wilderness. Your first stop is the famous Amboseli National Park, home to robust populations of African elephants and set against a backdrop of the towering Mount Kilimanjaro. If you’ve seen popular postcards from Kenya with elephants roaming the plain with a snow-capped mountain in the background, then you’ve seen a glimpse of the natural wonders of Amboseli.
You’ll make a quick stop at Lake Naivasha, taking in the scenic landscapes on the way, and then end the tour at the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. This ultimate safari destination affords excellent game viewing, panoramic backdrops of lush savannahs, and incredible sundowners framed by the enchanting African sunset. You also get to enjoy picnics in the wild and dining under the stars. We also make sure to attend to your special requests, so if you have any, don’t hesitate to let us about it. Day-by-day itinerary

Day01 Nairobi - Amboseli National Park
Your designated Safari driver guide will be at the hotel to pick you up right after breakfast and drive you to Amboseli National Park. The road trip takes about 4 hours and you will arrive just in time for lunch at Oltukai Lodge. After lunch, you have time to freshen up before the evening game drive. Expect to see large herds of the African Elephant here, as Amboseli is their native home. You may also encounter lions, buffalo, and many other animals. Sights of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro are also possible on a clear evening.

Day02 Amboseli – Lake Naivasha
You’ll wake up to spectacular scenes of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro on a clear morning. After enjoying your breakfast, you will check out and proceed on morning game drives until you exit the park. The drive to Lake Naivasha via Nairobi is a relaxing and scenic experience cutting across the serene countryside. You will stop for lunch at a designated restaurant in Nairobi and thereafter head to Naivasha where you arrive in the afternoon to enjoy a refreshing boat ride in the lake. After this, you will check-in at the lodge.

Day03 Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara
After breakfast, you’ll check out of the lodge and proceed to Masai Mara where you arrive in time for lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge. You will enjoy an afternoon game drive thereafter till evening with possible sights of the African sunset.

Day04 Masai Mara (Full Day)
You have a full day to explore the Masai Mara game reserve with exciting and up-close wildlife encounters. Enjoy the fresh air and scenic beauty of this wilderness. You will take a break to have lunch within the reserve and resume game drives thereafter.

Day05 Masai Mara - Nairobi
You will begin the day with an early morning game drive before breakfast. This pre-breakfast game drive gives you good chances to see Big Cats hunting or sharing a kill. Some of the elusive animals like the leopard may be seen at this hour. You return to the lodge for breakfast and thereafter leave for Nairobi with a lunch stop at a designated restaurant. Drop off will be at the airport in time for your outbound flight.
